Kurdish Linkup is a social media platform designed to connect Kurds around the world. The Buying & Selling section of the platform allows users to connect with each other to buy and sell products. Kurdish Linkup is a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using the Buying & Selling section, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this section of the platform.

1. Our Role

Kurdish Linkup provides a platform that enables users to connect with one another for the purpose of buying and selling products. Kurdish Linkup does not sell, supply, store, own, advertise on behalf of, or deliver any products listed by users.

All products listed in the Buying & Selling section are offered solely by the users who post them. Kurdish Linkup acts only as a platform to connect buyers and sellers, and is not a seller, reseller, agent, broker, or party to any transaction between users.

2. Transactions Are Between Users Only

All transactions, agreements, payments, deliveries, collections, refunds, and returns are strictly between the buyer and the seller. Kurdish Linkup does not handle payments, hold money, process transactions, or act as an escrow service between users.

Any arrangement made through the platform is solely the responsibility of the users involved. Kurdish Linkup has no role in, and accepts no liability for, any transaction carried out between users.

3. Eligibility

To use the Buying & Selling section, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher;
• have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and
• not be prohibited from using the platform under any applicable law.

By using the Buying & Selling section, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Kurdish Linkup reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.

4. Listings and User Content

Users are solely responsible for all listings and content they post, including product descriptions, prices, photos, ownership, condition, and availability. All listings must comply with applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

Kurdish Linkup reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any listing or account that violates our rules, contains prohibited items, or appears unlawful, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

While Kurdish Linkup may monitor and remove inappropriate content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, authenticity, safety, or legality of any listing or product posted by users.

5. No Responsibility for Money or Losses

Users are fully responsible for how they use their money and for deciding whether to buy from or sell to another user. Kurdish Linkup is not responsible for:

• money sent to another user;
• scams, fraud, or deceptive conduct by other users;
• unpaid items or non-payment;
• failed, delayed, or incomplete deliveries or collections;
• damaged, faulty, counterfeit, stolen, or misdescribed products;
• any financial or other losses arising from transactions between users.

Any payment or transfer of money is made entirely at the user's own risk. Kurdish Linkup strongly encourages users to take precautions before making any payment or handing over any goods.

6. No Guarantees or Endorsement

Kurdish Linkup does not endorse, approve, verify, or guarantee any buyer, seller, product, or listing on the platform. The presence of a listing or user account does not indicate that Kurdish Linkup recommends or confirms the trustworthiness of any person or item.

7. Prohibited Items and Conduct

Users must not list, sell, promote, or attempt to sell any illegal or prohibited items on Kurdish Linkup. This includes, but is not limited to:

• illegal goods or services;
• stolen property;
• counterfeit, fake, or infringing items;
• weapons, firearms, or restricted items;
• drugs, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia;
• fraudulent or misleading listings;
• any item or service that violates applicable law or regulation.

Kurdish Linkup strictly prohibits such conduct and reserves the right to remove listings, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. User Responsibilities

By using the Buying & Selling section, you agree that you are responsible for:

• verifying the identity and trustworthiness of the other party before entering into any transaction;
• ensuring that any transaction you enter into is safe and lawful;
• complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations;
• protecting your own money, goods, and personal information; and
• ensuring that any item you list is lawfully owned by you and accurately described.

Users use the Buying & Selling section entirely at their own risk.

9. Disputes Between Users

Any dispute relating to payment, product condition, delivery, collection, refunds, returns, or communication must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. Kurdish Linkup is not obliged to mediate or intervene in any dispute between users, and is not liable for the outcome of any transaction or dispute.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kurdish Linkup and its directors, employees, officers, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• your use of the Buying & Selling section;
• any listing or content you post on the platform;
• any transaction you enter into with another user;
• your breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
• your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kurdish Linkup will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, damage, cost, claim, or expense arising from:

• listings posted by users;
• transactions between users;
• reliance on information in any listing;
• scams, fraud, misrepresentation, or non-payment;
• loss of money, goods, data, or opportunities; or
• the conduct of any user on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Kurdish Linkup reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, and without liability, where we reasonably believe that:

• a user has breached these Terms and Conditions;
• a user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
• a listing contains prohibited or illegal items; or
• it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are accessing the platform from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

Kurdish Linkup may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.

By continuing to use the Buying & Selling section after updated Terms have been posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Kurdish Linkup in relation to your use of the Buying & Selling section and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
